Hi, I’m Eliza
Some of the most powerful moments happen when someone sees themselves clearly for the first time, or recognizes themselves in someone they thought to be completely different. These are the moments when we turn a corner, realizing that change is possible. That insight is what draws me to this work.
I began my career in non-profits, leading cross-functional teams and critical services for adolescents and adults — where interpersonal trust was key to helping people feel safe, seen, and supported. That foundation has shaped everything since, from Learning and Development and DEI work, to clinical practice and coaching. These experiences deepened my understanding of how systems shape individual beliefs, behaviors, and emotional responses, and how individuals shape the systems around them.
As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and graduate of the Silberman School of Social Work, with over a decade of experience across community-based organizations, I bring both clinical training and organizational expertise to my work as a workshop facilitator, coach, and therapist. I have particular experience working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities and am committed to anti-oppressive, socially-just practice.
