I work with individuals to gain clarity on their work style, purpose, and vision, and integrate this into their day to day. Through personalized assessments, practical frameworks, and guided reflection, we’ll identify what's working, examine what's getting in the way, and build a foundation for leading that feels sustainable.

How We’ll Work Together
Our sessions are conversational and grounded in the real challenges you're navigating, using those situations as context for building self-awareness and trying new approaches.
We'll start by identifying your core strengths and values, and exploring where they show up most powerfully in your leadership. From there, we'll examine the habits and mindset patterns that get in the way of fully exercising those strengths, and use that awareness to set goals that are meaningful and actionable.
Between sessions, you'll have homework and frameworks to apply directly to your day-to-day, and we'll build in accountability to keep the momentum going. Optional 360 assessments and strengths assessments are available to add external perspective and deepen understanding.
